Ian Harper is a Machine! Thanks to Kevin and Ian at Kustom Graphics in Santa Rosa I was able to Make my little dreams come true! This is a limited run of tee's GENUS; A collabrative Between Ricky Watts and I. The line features unigue graphic and color combinations and a super limited artist tee that I created specifically for the art opening May 23. Here's a look!!!

I recently was accepted to Columbia University for Graduate Printmaking. I'm looking forward to living in New York and concentrating on school again. I'll have one last show; which will include works by: Kurt Kemp, Mark Perlman, Ricky Watts, Stephen Galloway, Henry Washer, Quake, Alex Pardee and many more (to raise money for school)!This will take place in Penngrove; at place called Terrasanti. I included the image of the post card so cut, paste, send the word out and please come!

There might be a closing reception, but that's to be announced. Lots of people came and had a good time! I also had some work at a show called CREATURE, it was at Diving Swallow Tattoo on 14th and Harrison. The show will be up till Jan. 3. There's a large body of works ranging from sculture, hand crafted creepy dolls, to illustration, painting, and mixed media. The Shop is very beautiful and is worth the trip!

Ricky Watts and I were invited to show in "NIGHT OF THE TREEPLE", by our good friend Alex Pardee. The roster is killer and Cage will be performing live....Holy shit.

A sneak peek at " Zombie Dolphin"

Dolphins are very interesting and intellectual; They enjoy screwing as much as we do and they are apt to becoming zombies just like us. This is a short comic that is currently under construction. It involves a diabolical zombie dolphin who employs gopher like creatures called "mogdytes" to unearth relics of great signicants, in order to destroy history. Along the way, Zombie Dolphin will battle mummy unicorns, walking staph infections, and even Satan himself; with the help of black rainbow star powers and the mogdytes (who are paid with camel cigarettes in order to calm thier addiction to grassy plains and cacti). Hang in there, it's only a matter of time...

Airbrush, water color, acrylic ink, acrylic, colored pencil,

graphite on hot press water color paper (Fabriano Artistico).

All are displayed in a deep , white shadow box. To give you a better

idea of the scale of the images; the spider with the water drops on it's back, is

aproximately 2''X 3'', displayed in an 8'' X 10" shadow box.

Defragmentation...

This was an illustraion that was based on a series of photos taken by miles madison. I decieded to wrap 31 blankets around my head and torso and call myself "the arch angle gabrial." This sparked a series of illustrations that involves the subconsious, real time expeiences, drawing upon contempary conversation through unconventional symbolism and personal language. The Images above this one are what followed... Experimention of line, transparancy, offset images, fragmentation, and music i've never heared before. Medium: Micron pen, illustration marker, graphite, colored pencil.
